One freeze with water in the lines can crack a pump, a valve or a water heater tank. Winterize in the fall, get it checked over in the spring, and the first trip of the year starts at the campsite instead of the shop.

What it involves, and why.
Iron County nights drop well below freezing from October on, and water left in a low-point drain or a water heater tank expands with enough force to split fittings that are a real job to reach. Winterization is cheap insurance against that: lines blown out, the water heater drained and bypassed, and the system protected all the way to the traps.
The spring checkup is the other half. Seals and roof, tires and running gear, batteries, propane, the water system brought back online and checked for leaks, and anything that chewed its way in over the winter found before it chews on the wiring. Those tiny tenants are notoriously messy roommates, and the cleanup and repairs are part of the job.
Both are included when you store with Iron RV Adventures. If you store somewhere else, or at home, bring it in and it gets the same treatment.
